Visibook is partnered with WePay (www.wepay.com) so that merchants can accept payments from their customers when customers book appointments.

Here's how it works:

  1. Make sure your services have a payment amount assigned to them

  2. Enable payment processing

  3. Follow the instructions to create your WePay account and link it to your bank account

Reasons to use payment processing

Protection from no-shows / cancellations

Visibook's payment processing policy follows the cancellation policy you set. This means that paid appointments cannot be canceled or refunded to customers if the cutoff for appointment cancellation has already been past. Merchants can always refund customers at any time.

Convenience

Customers can book and pay for their appointments at the time they book you. If they've created a Visibook account, they can book and pay you with one click the next time that they book an appointment with you.

Payments are also conveniently processed by WePay and delivered straight to your bank account, usually after 2-3 days of processing time.

Price

Visibook's payment integration is very competitively priced at 2.69% + $0.30 per transaction.
