When do appointment reminders get sent out
Visibook delivers appointment reminders to customers 24 hours prior to the start of any appointment.
For merchants, Visibook delivers a summary reminder message the evening before your appointments.
Appointment reminder formats
Appointment reminders can be delivered in three possible formats:
SMS text messages (currently only in the U.S. and Canada)
Mobile app push notifications
Email
Users can always opt-in or opt-out of receiving these notifications under their profile settings (pictured below)
